- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The dental assistant was wonderful and even joked some. The insurance biller or what ever title she has is very rude does a lousy job making several mistakes and does not listen to what the patient wants, needs or ideas. Since changing staff about 1 1/2 years ago the office is falling apart. Very rude on the phone. Guess we will pay what we think we owe and then wait for insurance to pay their share to see if there is a balance.
